Lava Red V11:
The seventh generation of our popular Lava Red Blend, this wine is an artful mingling of cabernet sauvignon with syrah and mourvedre. This blend is a classic red table wine, velvety, with dark berry flavors and a long finish. It pairs beautifully with steaks, hard cheeses, salami or ribs.

Domaine Volcaneaux - Old Beauner Red,

Red Mountain, WA:

This Rhone blend is what’s known as a CSM: Syrah, Mourvedre and Councoise. Mourvèdre(moor/vehdr) (also known as Mataró or Monastrell) is a red wine grape variety that is grown in many regions around the world including the Rhône and Provence regions of France, the Valencia and Jumilla denominación de origens of Spain. Counoise (Coon-wahz) is a red wine grape variety that is grown in many regions around the world including the Rhône and Provence regions of France.  It has moderate alcohol and tannins combined with good fruit and aromatics and compliments the sometimes spicy, high tannins and alcohol of syrah.  It is a component of many of the Chateauneuf-du-Pape wines

V-Licious White:
A lovely aperitif wine with viognier, chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, reisling and pinot gris.  Well balanced and refreshing with honey and white peach flavors and a crisp grapefruit finish.

Reserve Syrah, Walla Walla Valley:
Barrel aged for two and a half years in 15% new French oak, this is 95% Syrah from Walla Walla, and 5% Mourvedre and Counoise. Featuring a peppery nose with hints of fresh raspberry, this bold red will show hints of tobacco and leather, blueberry and a whisper of licorice. It is extremely versatile, pairing nicely with roasted vegetables, Mediterranean dishes featuring lemon or olive accents, and grilled meats. Drinkable now, or set it down for 3-5 years.
